EMPIRE INTERNET – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Empire Internet’s subscription-based content generation services. By subscribing, the Client confirms they are a B2B customer and agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

"Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

3. Service Description

3.1 Empire Internet is an AI-powered B2B service subscription that provides thirty LinkedIn posts, thirty newsletters, and thirty shorts or reels per month, along with one long-form video script every two weeks, each derived from interviews conducted by the Client using Empire Internet’s provided interview tool on their personal account.

3.2 The Client is solely responsible for recording and submitting interviews. Submissions may be made weekly (one interview per week) or in bulk at the start of the month. Empire Internet recommends early submission and encourages Clients to set reminders to ensure timely content delivery.

3.3 Empire Internet shall use commercially reasonable efforts to generate and schedule at least seven (7) days’ worth of content within two (2) Business Days of receiving an interview, though processing may extend to four (4) Business Days. If no content is scheduled within four (4) Business Days, the Client must promptly notify Empire Internet’s customer support team via email at support@empire-internet.com.

3.4 The first interview must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of the Official Launch Date.Subsequent interviews must be submitted at least three (3) Business Days prior to the next publication cycle. For example, if content is scheduled for publication on Monday, the interview must be submitted by the preceding Tuesday evening.

3.5 The Client acknowledges that output quality depends on input quality. To ensure high-quality deliverables, the Client must ensure interviews:

  • Are at least twenty (20) minutes in duration;

  • Use a functional microphone with clear audio (no background noise);

  • Are recorded with adequate camera quality;

  • Feature articulate speech delivered in an engaging, motivational tone.

3.6 The Client is responsible for reviewing scheduled content via their Empire Internet account prior to publication.

3.7 All inquiries must be submitted via email to support@empire-internet.com or through the chat function on Empire Internet’s platform. Requests submitted through other channels may not be addressed.

3.8 The Client agrees to use the Services solely for lawful purposes.

4. Content Acceptance and Revisions

Content shall be deemed accepted if it aligns with at least eighty percent (80%) of the interview transcript and accurately conveys the intended message. While human review is included in the Service, occasional errors may occur. Minor variations in tone, style, or phrasing shall not constitute errors and shall not warrant revisions. Content is generated in accordance with Empire Internet’s proprietary methodology and editorial standards and may not align with subjective stylistic preferences.

Revision requests shall be limited to reasonable modifications within the original scope of the Service. Excessive, unrelated, or unduly burdensome requests may be declined or subject to additional fees at Empire Internet’s sole discretion.

5. Delays and Grace Periods

The Client must submit the first interview within three (3) calendar days of the Official Launch Date. Weekly interviews must be submitted at least three (3) Business Days prior to the next publication cycle. Delays in submission may reduce the volume of content produced and delivered.

No refunds, credits, or compensatory content shall be provided for delays exceeding the initial three-day grace period. In the event of the Client’s prolonged absence or unavailability, to avoid service interruptions during such absences, the Client may submit multiple interviews in advance to ensure continuous content production and notify Empire Internet via email at support@empire-internet.com.

6. Live Sessions

Bi-weekly live sessions are included in the Service and strongly recommended to optimize results. While participation is optional, Empire Internet shall bear no responsibility for diminished performance or outcomes resulting from the Client’s non-attendance.

7. Pricing and Payments

Subscriptions shall automatically renew upon expiration of each billing cycle. Payment is due in full and in advance for each cycle. Failure to timely remunerate may result in immediate suspension of Services until payment is received.

No refunds shall be issued for partially utilized billing periods. The Client expressly waives any right to a cooling-off period following the Official Launch Date, irrespective of Service usage.

Empire Internet reserves the right to modify pricing upon forty (40) days’ written notice to the Client, delivered via email or the Client’s account dashboard. Adjusted pricing shall apply to the billing cycle commencing after the notice period. Should the Client object to such modifications, termination of the subscription prior to the effective date of the change shall constitute the Client’s sole remedy.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all generated Content shall vest exclusively in the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Empire Internet’s proprietary systems, processes, and AI configurations (“Proprietary Materials”) shall remain its sole property. The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Proprietary Materials beyond the scope of this Agreement.

9. Term and Termination

The term length is thirty days for monthly plans and three hundred sixty-five days for yearly plans. The Client may cancel at any time, but will not be provided any refunds for unused periods. Empire may terminate the agreement immediately for repeated violations, including late or poor-quality interviews, excessive revision requests, or misuse of intellectual property.

10. Limitations of Liability

Empire Internet makes no warranties regarding specific business outcomes, including leads, sales, or engagement metrics. The Client bears sole responsibility for reviewing Content prior to publication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Internet shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, reputational harm, or third-party claims);

  • Failure to generate Content due to the Client’s untimely or inadequate interview submissions; or

  • Gaps in Content publication resulting from the Client’s non-compliance with submission deadlines.

In no event shall Empire Internet’s aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding thirty (30) days.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
